Website Analytics
We use Plausible Analytics to understand how people use our website. Plausible is a privacy-friendly analytics service that:
- Does not use cookies
- Does not collect any personal information
- Does not track you across websites
- Collects only anonymised aggregated data (such as page views, referral sources, and general location)

When You Schedule a Call
If you use our website to schedule a 30-minute conversation with me, we collect:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your preferred meeting platform (Microsoft Teams or Zoom)
How we use this information:
- To schedule the meeting in my calendar (hosted by Microsoft 365 Business)
- To send you meeting details and reminders
- To create a meeting link (Zoom meeting IDs are created if you select Zoom, but your personal details are not shared with Zoom)
Marketing Communications (Optional)
When scheduling a call, you can optionally choose to receive marketing communications from us. This is entirely optional and you can:
- Opt in or out at the time of booking
- Unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send you
- Contact us directly to update your preferences
We manage all marketing emails ourselves—we do not use third-party services like Mailchimp. Emails are sent using Amazon Web Services Simple Email Service (AWS SES).
How Long We Keep Your Information
Information you provide when scheduling a call (name, email, meeting details) is retained in my calendar system. This allows me to reference our conversation history if we work together in future. We do not have an automatic deletion policy, but you can request deletion of your information at any time (see Your Rights below).
How We Protect Your Information
We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information:
- This website is hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS)
- Cloudflare provides additional security and protection
- All data transmission is encrypted using HTTPS
- Access to personal information is limited to only what's necessary
- All databases entries are fully encrypted when at rest on AWS
Coaching Services
If you decide to engage my coaching services, that work is provided through Bysands Limited. Additional personal information will be collected and processed to provide those services. For details about how Bysands Limited handles your information, please visit bysands.com.
