In many organisations, technology experts are often thrust into leadership roles. Many current technology leaders may have started as experts in their field, quickly climbing the corporate ladder without formal training to develop the skills needed to coach and empower their teams effectively.
About this training
In today’s fast-paced workplace, coaching has become an essential leadership skill. The 2023 World Economic Forum Report on the Future of Jobs highlights that, in the Information & Technology Service Sector, a significant portion of training needs will come from on-the-job learning and coaching (27%) rather than formal training. Additionally, the Gallup State of the Global Workplace 2024 report found that coaching was a key component in highly engaged organisations where leaders had fostered strong and resilient cultures.
This two-day virtual training programme is designed specifically for those in the high-tech and IT industries, equipping them with the coaching skills to become more impactful, empathetic leaders.
