Thank you for arranging a have a video call with me. You should shortly receive a calendar invite from me to the email address you specified. This will contain confirmation of the date and time of our call. Please attempt to join the meeting at least 5 minutes before hand to ensure any technical challenges are resolved.
I use a video conferencing system called Zoom. This will work, usually seamlessly, from phones, windows based PC’s and mac computers without too many difficulties.
I’d recommend that 5 minutes before the scheduled call time, you click the link in the email invite and get ready to join the conference call. If you’re using an iOS or Android phone, you can download the free Zoom application in advance to make for a more seamless experience. If you can no longer make the meeting, please ensure you decline the meeting invite or reschedule using the links in the meeting invite.
